Leadership for Asian Americans

At Aha we understand the challenges faced by Asian Americans in society. Asian Americans are often an invisible group. Our voices can often be silent. Stereotypes can limit other's perceptions of what we can contribute.

To address these challenges, we offer workshops specifically designed for Asian Americans to discover and enhance their own personal leadership style. Leadership comes in different forms and looks different from person to person. Aha helps you to hone in and develop your own authentic style of leadership.
