Aha provides consulting, research and guidance for organizational change. This includes strategic planning, cultural competency assessments and organizational assessments. Aha will also coach the leader and the team through the change process.

Judy was great. She quickly learned the necessary background; helped the client team identify issues and develop a framework for the retreat; and kept ten strong personalities working on task. At the end of the day we had reached consensus on many issues and had an action plan for the future. Everyone felt it was a day well spent.
