Communicating across the differences

In today’s global workplace, we work with people from various cultural backgrounds, races and ethnicities. Now the workforce is also faced with the largest age range in recent history.

When people with different cultural and generational norms interact, their differing expectations and perspectives can result in interpersonal and team challenges and misunderstandings. This workshop or presentation addresses improving effectiveness by increasing people’s awareness of the different worldviews people possess.
